Dave Knudsen, Engineering DepartmentDave has worked in the density separator industry since 1972 and has worked in Oliver's engineering department since 1981. He works with manufacturing and performs customer service calls, equipment start-ups and customer support. Dave is the driving force behind the all-new Voyager series, the most advanced gravity separator in the world. Shane Pritchard, Chief EngineerShane is a graduate of Colorado State University and a licensed Professional Engineer. He is involved in the research and development work, and is responsible for the design and implementation of electronic controls and automation systems on Oliver equipment. Shane frequently takes part in factory-sponsored training sessions, both at the factory and at customer's facilities. He often represents Oliver at trade shows and industry events around the country. |

Sasikumar Devarajan (Kumar), EngineerKumar joined Oliver Manufacturing Company Inc. in August 2006. His responsibilities include design and manufacture of new products, design changes & process improvement, lean tools implementation, safety, new product testing and assisting in sales. He is also responsible for building plant layout and electrical requirements. He has master's degree in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS. |

Bhuna Shanmugam, EngineerBhuna is the latest Engineer to join Oliver Manufacturing. She is responsible for updating the engineering drawings in Solid Works 3D. Bhuna also handles the task of Project Manager for the new software implementation. |

Jon Moreland, Director of Sales and MarketingJon leads the marketing and sales efforts and oversees the development of product identity and public relations. Jon's solid background in marketing and business operations and his commitment to the Arkansas Valley Community make him a perfect fit. Dean Coffee, Sales DevelopmentDean started with Oliver in 1986 in assembly. After 4 years in assembly, he became manager of the Parts Department, which he ran for 13 years. For the last 7 years, he has been the Sales Development coordinator with Oliver. He has an exceptional knowledge of machines and parts repair. Troy Jackson, Internal Parts SalesTroy has 11 1/2 years experience at Oliver, working in all manufacturing departments, with focus in the metal shop and testing departments. Prior to Oliver, he spent about 5 years at Schwan's Fine Foods in direct customer sales, as both a route and sales manager. Troy looks forward to assisting Oliver's customers for many years to come. Joe Pentlicki, Chief Operating OfficerJoe recently joined the Oliver Manufacturing team in August 2010 as Operations Manager. He is responsible for activities directly related to making products and/or providing services to Oliver customers, including managing the efforts of department's managers, directing and coordinating financial activities of the company and managing day-to-day operations of workers. Jeffrey Fawcett, Material Control ManagerJeffrey originally began at Oliver Manufacturing Company as a consultant in the summer of 1981. In November of that same year, Jeffrey became Material Control Manager. He is responsible for the purchase of all manufacturing materials, and national and international shipment scheduling. He also serves as the chairman of the Oliver Safety Committee. |

Brett Grimsley, Service TechnicianBrett joined Oliver Manufacturing in 2011 as one of Oliver's new Service Technicians. Brett will be responsible for personally assisting our customers, with any machine trouble shooting issues or assisting with installation and machine start up. Prior to coming to Oliver, Brett was employed for 10 years by Ranch Manufacturing. He enjoys motorcycle riding and farming, and is a trustee at the Elks Club. |

Chris Schweizer, Service TechnicianAs a Rocky Ford native, Chris joined the Oliver team after receiving an Associate's degree in Mechanics. Chris's technical knowledge has been a great asset for Oliver. His position as Service Technician allows him to personally meet our customers and give hands-on training for all Oliver products, assist with machine installation as well as resolve any trouble shooting problems. |

Melanie Tyler, Executive AssistantMelanie is the assistant to the President/General Manager. She has been with Oliver for over 2 years. Prior to joining Team Oliver, Melanie worked for non-profit companies in Colorado and Arizona. |

Vickie Neel, HR ManagerVickie has been with Team Oliver since October, 1979. She started as part-time office help while still a senior in high school. Since then, she has performed and overseen all office procedures before just recently taking over her current responsibility as HR Manager. |
